RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a customer friendly return policy. You can email us your request for return at info@tamrata.com within 3 days from the date of delivery & instructions to return will be given by our customer support or is as below:

Provide us with the product name and date of purchase. Add tracking details of any of the product. Without this packages could get lost and replacement might be cancelled.
Mention the Company Name tamrata.com and Order Number on the return package.
Last date to despatch the returned product is 7 days from date of delivery. We will not be able to accept returns if dispatched after 7 days from date of delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

The cost of return shipping will not be covered by tamrata.com unless the product was damaged or wrong product was sent. Custom made or custom stitched orders cannot be returned if it is not an error from our end.

OPTIONS FOR RETURN:

You can choose to do one of the following in case of return of a product you purchased through www.tamrata.com website

1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website in case of change in size or a wrong product. It will be free of cost if it is an error from our end else the return and delivery will be charged extra.

2. Request a coupon code of same value for later purchase on the website if you are not looking for any replacement. You can use the coupon code to buy anything of your choice from our site within 3 months from the date of first delivery.

3. Request a refund if the product delivered to you was damaged or erroneous. We will initiate the refund within 7 working days after we receive the product returned to our address. We will do a direct refund to the card through which payment was completed or may do it via account transfer. In case the payment was done with cash, kindly provide us your bank account details.

PACKAGING ADVICE:

It is of utmost importance that the items do not get damaged on their return shipping. For breakable products, jewelry etc. please use cotton, bubble wrap, paper or foam to do some kind of padding around the product. For apparel, please cover the package in polythene plastic and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to rain. In case of international parcels, the package should be returned with signature requirement upon delivery. This is done to ensure that we receive the parcel correctly and safely.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Product must not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Items purchased under clearance are not covered under return policy. Return is acceptable only within 7 days from date of delivery. Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged. ‘Made to order’ products are not covered under the return policy.
